遠端橈骨位於手腕部位為人體最常見骨折部位，通常發生在跌倒意外之時，人的反射動作撐地，手腕接受高度的反折力量而導致骨折發生，如是發生在老人家在日常所發生的嚴重跌倒下的創傷，常合併有不同程度的骨質疏鬆，如患者活動力好則採用手術鎖定骨板的積極治療方式搭配有步驟的復健可達到完全復原。
創傷骨折所需符合人體解剖學之醫療等級64鈦合金骨板，可使骨螺釘固定骨折達到最適位置，促進骨折處癒合。遠端橈骨骨板不同的長度可加工出2孔~7孔不同尺寸適用於不同的創傷的狀況以及人體骨骼長度大小，2.0T的薄型及圓弧狀之設計，可避免傷害軟組織，降低異物感。64鈦合金骨板皆可進行醫療等級符合ISO13485鈦發色表面處理，用來做尺寸上的辨識或者產品美觀上不同的顏色設計。

The distal radius, located at the wrist, is the most commonly fractured bone in the human body, typically resulting from a fall when the wrist absorbs high-impact forces. In elderly individuals, these fractures often occur during serious falls and are frequently associated with osteoporosis. Surgical treatment using locking plates, combined with rehabilitation, can help achieve full recovery. The plates are made of medical-grade Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy, designed to fit anatomically and aid healing. They come in various lengths and hole configurations, with a 2.0T thin and curved design to minimize soft tissue damage.
