近端肱骨是肩關節的主要組成結構，為肩關節中最常發生骨折的骨骼之一，也是老人家第三常見的骨折，僅次於遠端橈骨及髖部骨折，老人家在日常所發生的嚴重跌倒下常發生的創傷，常合併有不同程度的骨質疏鬆，如患者活動力好則採用手術鎖定骨板的積極治療方式。
創傷骨折所需符合人體解剖學之醫療等級64鈦合金骨板，可使骨螺釘固定骨折達到最適位置，促進骨折處癒合。近端肱骨骨板不同的長度可加工出2孔~10孔不同尺寸適用於不同的創傷的狀況以及人體骨骼長度大小，3.0T的薄型及圓弧狀之設計，可避免傷害軟組織，降低異物感。64鈦合金骨板皆可進行醫療等級符合ISO13485鈦發色表面處理，用來做尺寸上的辨識或者產品美觀上不同的顏色設計。

The proximal humerus is a key component of the shoulder joint and one of the most commonly fractured bones in the shoulder. It is also the third most common fracture in elderly individuals, following distal radius and hip fractures, often occurring due to severe falls, typically with varying degrees of osteoporosis. For active patients, surgical fixation using locking plates is an effective treatment. The trauma fracture plates, made from medical-grade Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy, ensure optimal positioning for bone screws to promote healing.
